The restaurant cuisine is the result of a careful search for traditional flavours.
Typical local and national dishes are available.

Typical menu

Breakfast: Cofee, tea, squashes, fruit juices, croissant, home-made cakes, fette biscottate, jams

Lunch: Choice of three First Courses, of three Main Courses, vegetables and dessert which vary daily.
Bruschette with cold meats, Fettuccine with mushrooms (boleteus), Gnocchi with Tomato sauce, Carratelli agli Orapi (a typical local dish) Roast, Steaks, different Scaloppine, Vegetables, Fresh Fruit or home-made cake.

Dinner: Pappardelle in Hare Sauce, Tagliatelle al Tartufo, Local Soups, Roast Veal oven potatoes, Sangro Trout, Roast Scamorza, Vegetables, Fresh Fruit, or home-made cakes.

We would like to remind you that it is simple home cooking, with home-made pasta and typical dishes from the valley.
